Education & Credentials

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Management â€‹

Currently On-Hold

My doctoral studies in Organizational Management emphasized advanced scholarship and executive‑level inquiry across global business, organizational leadership, and strategic management. The program was designed to prepare senior leaders, researchers, and organizational theorists to analyze, design, and influence complex systems within modern enterprises.

The curriculum integrated multiple disciplinary lenses, including:

  • Business & Global Organizational Management: Foundations in multinational enterprise structure, global competitiveness, cross‑border organizational dynamics, and international business strategy.

  • Strategic Management: Executive‑level frameworks for long‑range planning, competitive analysis, organizational positioning, and strategic decision‑making.

  • Organizational Leadership: Leadership theory, executive behavior, influence, motivation, and the stewardship of organizational culture.

  • Organizational Behavior: Human dynamics, group behavior, organizational psychology, and the behavioral science underpinning effective management.

  • Organization Theory: Classical and contemporary theories of organizational design, structure, systems, and institutional development.

  • Management of Technology and Innovation: Innovation strategy, technology adoption, R&D management, and the organizational conditions that enable technological advancement.

  • Entrepreneurship: Venture creation, opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial strategy, and the leadership competencies required to launch and sustain new enterprises.

These doctoral studies strengthened my ability to conduct rigorous research, evaluate organizational systems, and apply theoretical frameworks to real‑world leadership challenges. Although currently on hold, this work remains an active part of my intellectual foundation and informs my ongoing thought leadership, research pursuits, and executive practice.

Master of Science in Management, M.S.M.

Executive Leadership Competencies

  • My Master of Science in Management (MSM) program emphasized advanced executive leadership preparation across organizational behavior, governance of the project management function, and the dynamics of high‑performing global environments. The curriculum centered on developing leaders capable of navigating complex organizational systems, guiding cross‑functional teams, and stewarding enterprise‑level initiatives with clarity, discipline, and strategic foresight.

  • The program strengthened my ability to apply specialized, systematic approaches to decision‑making, including the structures, standards, frameworks, and governance models essential for mature PMO management. This included deep study of project management methodologies, organizational controls, and the operational mechanics required to build, sustain, or rehabilitate high‑functioning PMOs.

  • Strategic planning formed a core pillar of the MSM, with emphasis on cost and risk management, financial metrics, financial restructuring, procurement, and e‑commerce strategy. These competencies equipped me to evaluate organizational health, model financial outcomes, mitigate risk, and design strategic pathways that align with enterprise goals and market realities.

Core Values of TheDrDray

A depiction of PSC’s Founder in the form of an Anthropomorphic Purple Squirrel, stands confidently next to a flower visual with each petal representing one of the Founder’s core values.

“I stand steadfast on the foundation of LOVE & the core values of my life experience.” –Dray Nathaniel, CEO of Purple Squirrel Chronicles, LLC & Q & D Technology, Inc.

Every leader stands on something. For me, it has always been LOVE, the center of my life, my work, and my calling. Everything I build, teach, and steward through Purple Squirrel Chronicles is rooted in that foundation.

From that center, eight values emerged…not as theories, but as lived truths shaped by family, faith, scholarship, and the wisdom of generations. These values are the compass I carry into every room, every engagement, every decision:

  1. Academics: Education, research, science, and scholarly pursuit undergird the foundation of how we refine our gifts and edify our talents.

  2. Sage Wisdom: The ancestors passed down principles, ethics, and philosophies tested and proven over time. Their lessons still speak.

  3. Honor: I honor the sacrifices, callings, and legacies of those who came before me.

  4. Excellence: As Great‑Grandmother taught me: “If you’re gonna half‑assed do something, it’s better not to do it at all.” (Her words, her tone, her era…preserved with intention.)

  5. Legacy: The elders asked, “When you leave this earth, what are you leaving behind?”

  6. Theology: Scripture lives, Faith matures, and my walk with the Father is eternal.

  7. Integrity: “Your word is your bond.” A mantra of my generation.

  8. Service: The elders taught us, “it is better to serve others.”

Not only am I a lifetime scholar and former professor, I am the daughter of educators. These core values are not aspirational, they are embodied, the personal genesis of PSC Orthodoxy, lived principles that evolved into the intellectual and methodological foundation of everything Purple Squirrel Chronicles delivers. My core values inform the way I lead, the way I teach, and the way I show up. They are the through‑line between my personal calling and the work of Purple Squirrel Chronicles.

“I Love What I do! I have a Passion for what I do! THIS is always displayed in the exemplary quality of my work.”  –Dray Nathaniel
